Graham Lower — Developing the Four Pillars of Dealer Growth
I’ve spent 27 years in the motor trade, from selling cars to running dealerships as a General Manager. I’ve seen first-hand what works, what doesn’t, and how the balance of power in automotive retail continues to change.
I’m now developing The Four Pillars of Dealer Growth — a philosophy built around building visibility, owning your AOR, driving results and growing customer value. At the heart of it is a simple belief: dealerships should reduce their dependency on third-party platforms and build more of the visibility, relationships and customer value they actually own.
This site is where I’m developing and documenting that thinking — combining what I’m learning about digital, search and AI with 27 years of real-world dealership experience. My mission is to help privately-held and family-owned franchised main dealers compete differently.
